  • You acknowledge the inherent financial and psychological risks associated with gambling and agree to use available responsible gambling tools (limits, time-outs, self-exclusion) where appropriate.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Placing Bets

  • Bets are accepted only:
    • through the Website or the Operator's transactional platforms when you are logged into your Account; and
    • using available funds in your Account balance (real-money or, where permitted, Bonus funds).
  • Each Game has specific rules and paytables (the "Game Rules") provided by the Operator or third-party game suppliers. In case of conflict between these Terms and any Game Rules, the Game Rules typically prevail for that Game.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes are determined per Game and per table, and may vary by Player segment, payment method, and jurisdiction. These limits are displayed in the Game interface or in the relevant Game Rules.
  • A Bet is considered placed and valid once it is registered on the Operator's servers and appears in your Game or Account history.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • Once a Bet has been accepted and the Game round has started, you generally cannot cancel or modify the Bet.
  • The Operator may, at its sole discretion and subject to Applicable Law, void or cancel Bets (and related winnings) in cases including, but not limited to:
    • obvious technical error, system malfunction, or incorrect odds/payouts being offered;
    • Game malfunction, including but not limited to RNG or hardware/software failure;
    • fraudulent, collusive, or suspicious activity; or
    • where required by a regulator or Applicable Law.
  • If a Game is interrupted due to a technical failure, the treatment of affected Bets and balances will follow the Game Rules and any applicable regulator-mandated procedures. Generally, valid Bets will be either reinstated, settled based on the final outcome stored by the system, or refunded to your real-money balance.

Live Casino, Chat, and Conduct Rules

  • You must treat dealers, hosts, and other Players with respect at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
    • insults, harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language;
    • sharing personal data of other Players or staff;
    • spamming, advertising, or posting links unrelated to the Game; and
    • any form of collusion or cheating, including sharing hole-card information or coordinating betting patterns.
  • The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any device designed to provide an unfair advantage is prohibited.
  • The Operator and game providers may monitor live chat and gameplay for compliance, may mute or block chat access, and may suspend or close Accounts in cases of abuse or suspected misconduct.

Bonus Terms

Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Bonuses are granted at the Operator's discretion and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria (e.g., minimum deposit, province of residence, payment method, time of claim).
  • Each Bonus will specify:
    • the type of Bonus (e.g., deposit match, free spins, cashback);
    • the minimum qualifying deposit or wager (if any);
    • the Wagering Requirements (e.g., 30x bonus amount, 30x bonus + deposit); and
    • the validity period (e.g., must be used and/or wagered within a certain number of days).
  • Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses:
    • are limited to one per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method; and
    • cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
  • Wagering Requirements must normally be completed using eligible Games before Bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable. If Wagering Requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the Bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.

Prohibited Games and Irregular Play

  • Certain Games may be excluded from contributing to Wagering Requirements or may contribute at a reduced percentage (e.g., some table games or low-risk bets). The applicable contribution tables are provided in the relevant Bonus terms on the Website or the Operator's transactional platforms.
  • The following practices may be considered "irregular play" and can lead to Bonus cancellation and/or confiscation of winnings, subject to Applicable Law:
    • placing single Bets or a series of Bets of unusually high value or minimal risk to exploit a Bonus;
    • significantly changing bet size after a win to exploit a bonus-locked balance;
    • deliberate low-risk wagering to unlock bonuses followed by high-risk wagering; or
    • abuse of any Game feature designed to defer or store value (e.g., "feature buys" or "gamble" options) in a way that circumvents Bonus rules.

Combining Promotions

  • Bonuses and promotions cannot generally be combined, stacked, or used simultaneously unless explicitly allowed in the specific promotion terms.
  • If multiple Bonuses are active or available, the Operator may determine the order of application and consumption of Bonus and real-money funds.
  • In case of any discrepancy between these general Bonus Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Limits

  • The Operator may support a range of deposit methods, which can include:
    • credit and debit cards;
    • bank transfers and Interac or similar Canadian payment services;
    • selected e-wallets; and
    • in some jurisdictions and subject to Applicable Law, approved cryptocurrencies or crypto payment processors (note: such methods may not be available to Ontario Players).
  • Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, and any applicable fees are displayed in the cashier section of the relevant transactional site.
  • Deposits should be made in Canadian dollars (CAD) where offered; if another currency is used, currency conversion may apply and you may bear conversion costs or exchange rate fluctuations.

Withdrawals, Processing Times, and Verification

  • Before processing a withdrawal, the Operator may:
    • require completion of KYC/AML checks;
    • require you to wager deposited funds at least once (to prevent abuse of payment methods for non-gambling purposes); and
    • apply any outstanding Wagering Requirements or Bonus conditions.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used for deposits, where technically feasible and permitted by payment providers and Applicable Law.
  • Processing times may vary by method and jurisdiction. The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable time frame, but third-party delays (banks, payment processors) are outside the Operator's direct control.
  • The Operator may set daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Any such limits will be disclosed in the cashier section or relevant FAQs.

Fees, Chargebacks, and Refunds

  • The Operator may charge reasonable administrative fees for certain payment methods or withdrawal scenarios, subject to Applicable Law. Any such fees will be disclosed before you confirm a transaction when feasible.
  • If a deposit is reversed, charged back, or otherwise cancelled:
    • the Operator may deduct the relevant amount (and any associated fees) from your Account balance;
    • any winnings derived from such funds may be voided, subject to Applicable Law; and
    • your Account may be suspended or closed due to suspected fraud or payment abuse.
  • Refunds of Bets, deposits, or Bonuses are generally not provided except in cases of technical error, Game malfunction, or other circumstances specified in these Terms or required by Applicable Law.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • The Operator is committed, as far as reasonably possible and subject to Applicable Law, to:
    • providing access to Games that are operated fairly and in accordance with their published rules;
    • maintaining accurate recording of Bets, outcomes, and balances;
    • implementing reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data and funds; and
    • co-operating with relevant regulators (AGCO/iGO for Ontario; Antillephone N.V./Curaçao authorities for offshore operations) as required.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator is not liable for:
    • losses arising from your own acts or omissions, including failure to protect your login credentials;
    • internet, network, hardware, or software failures outside the Operator's reasonable control;
    • loss or corruption of data or communication interruptions not caused by the Operator's gross negligence or wilful misconduct; or
    • any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits or opportunity) arising from your use of the Website or Games.
  • Where a Bet is accepted and subsequently found to be affected by a technical error or Game malfunction attributable to the Operator or its suppliers, the Operator's liability is generally limited to:
    • refund of the stake of the affected Bet; or
    • re-running the Game round or otherwise reinstating the Bet, where feasible, as determined by the Operator in accordance with Applicable Law and regulator guidance.
  • In any event, and without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under Applicable Law, the Operator's maximum aggregate liability in relation to any single Bet or Game event shall not exceed the amount of the Bet or stake placed on that Bet or Game event.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability:
    • for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence;
    • for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
    • to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by Applicable Law.
